EduTalentz Job Portal - Trainee Registration Agreement

Introduction: This agreement governs trainee registration on the EduTalentz Job Portal, a platform managed by Eduquest International Institute. By completing the registration process, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

1. Personal Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including your name, contact details, education, work experience, and other relevant details. This information will match you with potential employers and internship opportunities.

2. Use of Data: EduTalentz will use the personal data provided to facilitate job placement and internship coordination. Your data may be shared with potential employers for recruitment purposes. EduTalentz will comply with data protection regulations and safeguard your information.

3. Responsibilities:

Trainee Responsibilities:

Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Act professionally and responsibly in all interactions with potential employers.

Participate actively in job placement or internship opportunities provided through the portal.

EduTalentz Responsibilities:

Provide access to job and internship opportunities.

Offer guidance and support throughout the job placement process.

Maintain confidentiality of the trainee’s personal information and data.

4. Job Placement Services: EduTalentz will assist in connecting you with potential employers and coordinating internships in the food services, retail, and hotel industries. However, registering on the portal does not guarantee job placement or internship.

5. Portal Usage: You agree to use the EduTalentz Job Portal for lawful purposes. Any misuse or inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of your account.

6. Termination of Services: EduTalentz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the portal if any terms of this agreement are violated or if the platform is misused.

7. Amendments: EduTalentz reserves the right to amend this agreement any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or through the platform.

8. Acceptance: By registering on the EduTalentz Job Portal, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

EduTalentz Job Portal – Employer Registration Agreement

Introduction:

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for employers registering on the EduTalentz Job Portal, operated by Eduquest International Institute. By registering, the employer agrees to these terms to utilize the portal’s job placement and internship coordination services.

1. Company Information:

The employer agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including the company’s name, address, contact details, and job/internship requirements. Any updates to the information should be promptly communicated to EduTalentz.

2. Use of Data:

• Employer data will be stored and managed securely in compliance with data protection laws.

• Trainee profiles and information will be shared with the employer for recruitment purposes only.

• Employers are expected to handle trainee information with confidentiality and for recruitment purposes only.

3. Job Placement and Internship Services:

• EduTalentz will assist in matching the employer with suitable candidates from the food services, retail, and hotel industries.

• While the platform aims to connect employers with qualified candidates, it does not guarantee a specific number or outcome of placements.

• Employers agree to provide accurate job descriptions and fair working conditions in accordance with local labor laws.

4. Responsibilities:

Employer Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, lawful, and professional work environment for trainees and employees.

• Use the EduTalentz platform responsibly and adhere to the terms outlined in this agreement.

• Provide feedback on hired trainees to facilitate continuous improvement of the platform and services.

EduTalentz Responsibilities:

• Facilitate access to a pool of trained candidates and assist with job and internship coordination.

• Ensure that candidate profiles shared with employers are up-to-date and aligned with job requirements.

• Provide timely support and assistance to employers using the platform.

5. Portal Usage:

The employer agrees to use the platform for lawful recruitment purposes only. Any misuse or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the portal.

6. Termination of Services:

EduTalentz reserves the right to terminate or suspend an employer’s access to the portal in case of non-compliance with this agreement or misuse of the services.

7. Amendments:

EduTalentz may update this agreement from time to time. Employers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the portal will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability:

EduTalentz is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the employer due to the performance or behavior of candidates placed through the platform.
